Moderator Guidlines

These are the guidelines for the Moderators of this forum.

Approving Characters:

*Moderators can only approve everyone, but cannot move until the Admin gives an approval for the moderator to do so, unless told otherwise.
*Make sure they have filled out the character sheet completely, missing areas will need to be done and told to the members.
*Make sure they have detail in every area, especially: Looks, Personality, Clan Info, History, and RP Sample.
*Jutsus must be acceptable for their rank, village, etc. and if are questionable, should be ran through by other moderators or an admin.
*They must have a good background story if they are in an extinct clan, because of the fact that they are all supposed to be dead, and there will be a character limit for the Uchiha, Senju, and Uzumaki clans, meaning that there will only be a few members of those approved unless an admin says otherwise.
*When you approve a character, edit the title and add ~[Approved]~ as well as your initial (Such as: KI [for me]) so we all know who approved it, etc.
*When approving a character, look to the options and move it to the under their specified rank in the "Approved" section and then in the appropriate folder: I would go under Akatsuki as I am the Akatsuki Leader.

Moderating Posts:

*Only moderate, edit, delete posts if necassary, and tell the member in the Cbox or Pm afterwards. If it is serious, post a warning in the Mod/Staff Section under: Warnings and Bans.
*If someone makes multiple posts when everything can fit in one post, pm the member and tell them what they did wrong, wait for them to fix, and then delete the spam if needed.
*When you unlock a character app so that the member can edit it to add jutsus or information, make sure you read over it when they're done to make sure they haven't edited more than they needed.
