General InfoName: Kigen Makai
Alias: The Black Solecist
Age: 27
Weight: 165 lbls
Height: 6”1
Motto/Quote: “It’s more than just black and white.”
Gender: Male
Looks: Kigen’s appearance explains his personality. A peachy colour, his skin is always stays light, no matter how much time he spends in the sun. Because of his constant wandering, he’s lean and muscled; although at first glance it doesn’t seem like it. He often stands out from a crowd, a dark sort of invisible aura surrounding him. It’s very intimidating and paired with his golden orbs that peek out of heavily blackened eyes that are usually set in a glare, he becomes very imposing. Ivory hair that’s usually windswept and messy, it covers his eyes usually until he shakes it out of his face.
His attire is nearly almost the same, a large red scarf that reaches the backs of his knees which is wrapped almost bulkily around his neck. He wears a black sleeveless top that allows movement and hides his muscular chest along with black pants that end after his knees. Bandages ride up his calves and disappear behind the fabric. His arms are also wrapped, but the reasons are unknown. A red rip of fabric is around his waist and flutters down. His feet are covered in traditional black ninja sandals.
Marks that stand out on his body are the scar that’s just above the bridge of his nose which he received during the chuunin exam for being careless and a red dotted tattoo that no one yet knows the meaning of. A blackened scar decorates the corner of his right eye.
Personality:
He felt nothing when he ended someone’s life. There was no guilt, no lust for more; it was just an empty feeling. Killing was merely his job, a way to pay his bills and take him around the world. He didn’t enjoy it, nor dislike it; it was just there. Each life he took was just another checkmark in his bingo book and that was it. He was quiet when he took a souls life, feeling it was only right to respect them. But that was the type of person Kigen was. He was there, positioned in a neutral area where he never strayed. He felt no companionship for his village or for anything else. He was just a man, out there looking for a way to survive.
Kigen was a very quiet person; only sharing his opinion when he thought it was needed. He was blunt and honest, and often he found himself tearing a person to shreds so he could make a point. He never felt remorse; simply shrugging off someone’s hurt. It was not his problem. When he talked, it was intelligent and important and he disliked people who only spoke for the sake of hearing themselves. His voice was rough and low, like it wasn’t often that he used his voice box.
He was never one to sit around a campfire and share his experiences. He was a listener and preferred to take in information instead of giving it away. It wasn’t that he disliked teaching others, no; he did eventually want a student but he found that most of the time, people wouldn’t understand what treasure he was given on his travels. Every part of his life was like a page from a book; it all connected together into something special that he caressed. It wasn’t often that he gave away his experiences.
Kigen dislikes attention and fame, which is why he constantly moves around so he can avoid such things. He hates the title of Sannin he was given and doesn’t even know if they had withdrawn it or not. He knew the Hokage questioned his loyalty and free-spirted attitude, but the shinobi didn’t care. He just wanted to continue living his life of travelling and education.
Although when alone he’s calm, around people it’s different. He gets annoyed easily and most of the time finds himself lashing out at them verbally. He angers quickly which is both bad and good. When upset, his senses are on overdrive but at the same time he isn’t thinking clearly and can make stupid mistakes. The ivory man has the habit of glaring, due to the fact that he hates nearly everything or has a “whatever” feeling to them, not many things make him smile.
Most people place him on the darker side of the world, thinking him evil and untrustworthy, but its far from the truth. Although his attitude is dark and disturbing, he doesn’t categorize himself in that area.
Hobbies:
Kigen was never one that liked staying in one area. He hated ties to people, feeling that they wanted to be close which he didn’t want. He was a loner by nature, and a scholar by choice. He enjoys visiting other countries, learning jutsu and the history behind a place; it intrigues him. Having been to so many places, he has gained favors with multiple Kages; completing a job or two for them. He’s extremely well known to be the character without manners but an honest person all the same.
