Looks: Because of the secret Ninjutsu technique use on him when he was a Chuunin Moyatsu can take on many forms. The one Moyatsu can most of the time be seen in is, what many thinks, is to be his original form. He has long blue hair just below his shoulder, but much can not be seen for the skull cap that he offend wears. He has blue eyes with two small tattoos under both his eyes. He wears an akatsuki robe almost always, not caring to try to hide he is in Akatsuki. Under the Robe he wears a skin tight sleeveless shirt and a pair of baggie pants. He also carries around with in several bottle of water the help keep him hydrated.

Casual: When Moyatsu has to go to a village or is close to one he changes his form using the secret Ninjutsu. When in this form his hair turn to a dark red almost the color of blood and change his eyes to brown. He will not wear his robe, but insede wear a dark blue robe to make him look more like a normer traveler. Under the robe he wears a Black dress shirt with white pants. He also wears a crass around his neck.

Personality: Moyatsu may appear gloomy and uninterested most of them time, but that is only due to his inability to express his joy by facial means. He takes his missions very seriously and doesn't like to be told what to do. Not the friendliest member, Moyatsu shows little or no patience to any of the other members besides the Leader. Moyatsu has little to no Patience for people who waste time. He believe if you are given a job you should do ever think in his power to get it do, no matter what the out come is. He takes everything that Nonai say very serious, sometime to serious, which can drive people crazy at times. Because of his Serious the other members of Akatsuki gave him the nickname The Old Man.

Moyatsu has a lust for battle like many do that come from Kirigakure, but he also has a honors code not found in most.Moyatsu has much respects and honors for those who fight with pride. He dose not believe in torturing a person after they have be beaten. He Has no Respects for those who would cast honor aside for their own gain, which put him bad with some of the other members of Akatsuki. He live the life of a warrior, looking for a glorious death in battle.

Clan Background: Many Believe that the Hoshigaki Clan died out with Kisame over a hundred years ago, but the truth is that Kisame had a son, name Keitaro, Before he died. Keitaro return to Kirigakure and was allowed to return as long as he and all that would come after him would pledge to do and follow the Mizukage and all Mizukage that would follow. With this agreement would make all that follow after Keitaro would become the slave of all the Mizukage that come. This for many years this work out good with everybody with everything, but after years of being the slave of the Kirigakure and the Mizukages the Hoshigaki clans soon begin to resentnt the Mizukages and even Keitaro who had gave up his and everyone each in the clan live over to the Village.

Special Info

Special Characteristics: Moyatsu has the Suika no Jutsu - Hydration Technique. Suika no Jutsu is a secret Ninjutsu technique of the Kirigakure. This jutsu allows Moyatsu to totally transform his body into water. Maintaining this form requires that he keep constantly hydrated. In this form he can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing himself amongst the liquid. During his years of traveling Moyatsu long of a ninja that live years ago that could manipulate to fight for him and even protect him, using this Information Moyatsu begin training with his Suika no Jutsu to learn to use water the same way that the ninja did all those years ago with sand, but he is still training to fully master the jutsu.

Special Effects: The effects of the Suika no Jutsu is that Moyatsu can turn his hole body to water. Because of this effects Moyatsu can walk thought fences and can use this to help in unlocking locks. It also allow Moyatsu to take very high damage from phisye attack which will break his body down to water where he can then reform himself back together. But he can only do this so many time before his body become too dehydrated and can no longer break anymore.

Background Info

History:
childhood to Genin Arc: Moyatsu was born to Sano and Zoe Hoshigaki, along with his two younger sibling Auron and Kairi. Moyatsu was born The Hoshigaki Clan of the Kirigakure Village which for the longest time had be under the control of the Mizukage which had use the clan power for his own power and goals, but this was unknown the the younger of the clan and even to most of the village. Dissipate this Moyatsu grew up with a Farly happy life with his brother and sister. Both of their parents was master of the village water jutsu which is where many thought Moyatsu got his talent with it. For at a young age he had already learn a few of the Basie water jutsu. This was the start of the sling rival between the Moyatsu and Aruon which would most of the time lead to a argument which would ALWAYS end with a fight, but thankfully Kairi was always there to stop them. Moyatsu, being a year older then the others he enter the Academy a year earlier then his sibling. With in less then a year Moyatsu was at the top of his class and stay there till the day they took the Genin exams. Moyatsu pass the exams with flying color and was even approach by the Mizukage himself, who told him he had not seen someone like him in years and that he wanted to give him Special training. This made Moyatsu even happier, but when he told his Parents they seem to be sadden by this. It would be years until Moyatsu learn why they never wanted him to take the training.

Genin to Chuunin Arc: Moyatsu only seem to grow stronger and stronger with each passing day. After becoming a Genin Moyatsu was place in a team with other from the academy that also top of their class. This was were Moyatsu begin to develop his love for battle and slowly begin to develop what the village called "The Blood Lust". He masters of water jutsu only grew with him, as in a just a year of training as a genin he had master a B-rank jutsu. This alone made him stand out from all the other, but as he grew in power his rival with his brother grew even more, who was now a Genin too along with his sister. Seeing how he had grown and with order from the Mizukage Moyatsu was allowed to enter the Chuunin Exams. Moyatsu enter the Exams with full confulden in his ability. In the first part Moyatsu had to do very little cheating, for he had a wide knowledge, but for the ones he had to he use the water in the air to make the air more chilly and when the test Proctor would shake Moyatsu would gather the answers from the people around him. The next stage seem much easier then the last, but it would turn out to be the begin of the end of Moyatsu team. As Moyatsu and his team made their way to the middle of the The Forest of death they face things from giants snakes to giants bugs, and Moyatsu handier himself fine but his team was not so lucky. His team had enter the Exams unprepared unlike Moyatsu and was not as strong as him. So Moyatsu had to slow himself down to help pull the wight of his team mates. Everything seem it would be OK as they drew closer to the tower, but then they was attack by a team from the leaf village. As the fight went on it became clear to Moyatsu that his team mates would not last the fight, so he made the chose as he beat the ninja with the scroll that he needed he left his teammates behind. In his mind it seem like the right thing to do, he had to complete the mission no matter what... Right? As he made his way to the third part he told his team leader what had happen in the Forest, the Jounin told him that he had done the right thing and that he would have to always do what it took to get to mission done no matter the cost. With in heart Moyatsu enter the third test ready to fight. The fight lasted little to no time at all, for Moyatsu had open the fight with his Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique and drown his target.

Chuunin Arc: After Moyatsu became a Chuunin he became even more serious then he had even been before. As He became stronger and stronger the Mizukage seem to show up more and more to talk to Moyatsu. Moyatsu slowly began to develop a friendship with the Mizukage, but this worry his Parents. So one day they sent Auron to talk to his brother hoping he could convents him not to take the training, but Moyatsu only saw this as a jealous atender to keep him from getting stronger. So Moyatsu took his first step away from his family and one step toward the Mizukage. After many mission Moyatsu was finally place as a leader of a team. Moyatsu took this as way to prove himself to the Mizukage and made a pledge to himself that he would complete any and all mission that was given to him no matter what the cost. which he did. Moyatsu success percent of mission was a 100%, with him never incomleting a mission, but most of the time at the cost of his team mates lives. Which he would leave behind in order to get the job done. He did not feel anything in their death he only saw them as a honors be death for the good of the village. This made him one of the best and most feared ninja to work with in the village. The day finally came that the Mizukage been waiting for. He approach Moyatsu and told him about the deal that was made long ago with his clan, lying about how the Hoshigaki clan was slaves. He told him how that he wanted Moyatsu to take on some "Special training" and after that Moyatsu was too become his personal assassin. Moyatsu saw this as his chance to grew even stronger then he could ever on his own.

Experiment to Assassin Arc: For one year after agreeing to the "Special Training" from the Mizukage Moyatsu was place in a experiment tube where his body was repeatedly broken and reform in order for his body to under go one of Kirigakure most secret Ninjutsu technique, The Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique). For half of the time in the Experiment tube Moyatsu was completely asleep so he mind could take the pain of the Ninjutsu, but as the last half came around Moyatsu will would be put to the test. He would have to learn how to keep his body together with out it breaking down. Moyatsu was not the first to every go thought with this Ninjutsu, but he was the first to every learn to control it in a matter of months. After a year in the Experiment tube Moyatsu was finally let out where he was able to feel how much his body had really change. He now felt lighter and more flexible then ever before. After about two years of training underground with the Mizukage Moyatsu was now ready to control his new power and become the Mizukage personal Assassin. Moyatsu first test was given to him before he could even leave the underground base, because the technique use on him was a Secret jutsu only known to the Mizukage. Moyatsu was order to kill all the scientist that had work on him so that no one would know about him having the technique. Moyatsu did as he was told and killed all that was in the base. He had never felt so much power before he was faster and stronger, but not everything was so good. As Moyatsu return to the village he learn that his father had been killed by a missing ninja of the Mist Village and that his Brother and sister both was no longer ninja of the Mist anymore.

Assassin to The End Arc: Even thought Moyatsu was made the Mizukage personal assassin he still heard the rank of Chuunin, which he use when on Assassination missions to fool his targets. Using his new body Moyatsu could easily enter places where otherwise nobody could get to too kill his target. He had become a cold hearted killer when on a mission Moyatsu would all way kill everyone who saw him, man...weman...and even children. Moyatsu work only grew as word of a coupd'eta was in the air. while Moyatsu was in his training underground many ninja had left the village, many from the Hoshigaki Clan. Moyatsu was order to kill off the leader of this coupd'eta one by one. Which he did very effictly, it seem Moyatsu was at the top of his life before it all came down around him. After two years of assassination Moyatsu was face with his most challenge mission. The ANBU had learn of the name of the leader to the coupd'eta, it was Moyatsu brother Auron, who had became a missing ninja three years ago. With this information the Mizukage made a plan to use the ANBU and a few others ninja they would attack another base close to where Auron was at. Which would draw their attention to that base giving Moyatsu time to sneak into the base and face Auron. This mission would put Moyatsu mind and body to the test. For his mind told him he could do it, but his heart felt broken.

The End Arc to the Answer Arc: The Mission started off just as everybody had plan. The ANBU attack the other base as Moyatsu snuck into the main one, but this move was though of by Auron who had prepare the base for a attack. Moyatsu had to fight his way to his brother, which he knew would be no easy fight. Auron, much like Moyatsu, had became a master of water jutsu and was even called "The Rain Man" for he would use the very rain as a weapon. As Moyatsu finally face his brother he is confronted with the truth about the Mizukage and the hold that he hald of the clan. Auron told him it was the Mizukage that had killed their father not a missing-ninja and that was the reason for the coupd'eta. Moyatsu of course dose not believe any of what Auron saids and begin the fight. The fight rage on for over a hour, much longer then most ninja of that level. As the battle went on Auron use his most powerful technique "Sunaca", a technique utilizing the very rain around him to turn it to the rain drop to needlies the kill the enemy, but Moyatsu using his water body use the attack against him. Using the water from the attacking needlies to form a sword stabbing his brother with it. As his brother fall before him, that is when he would be attack by the senced attacker, Kairi. She too try to tell Moyatsu of what the Mizukage had done to their clan and to everybody and of how he was just using him to weakling the clan even more. With both his slbing voices in his head Moyatsu started to douth what he had done and begin to think about everything. In turn he lets Kairi go, to leave the Land of Mist, but Moyatsu would not go with her for he needed answer... answers only the Mizukage could give.

The Answer Arc to the Akatsuki Arc: After dealing death to his brother Auron Moyatsu return to Kirigakure were he was encounter by two Anbu. They told Moyatsu that he and all other members of the Hoshigaki Clan was unarreat and would face death for the coupd'eta of Kirigakure. This broke Moyatsu mind, seeing how everything that his brother had told him was true and how everything he had work for was now all for nothing. With this last push Moyatsu was finely push over the eage and refuse the ANBU. The ANBU in turn attack him being told all Hoshigaki Clan Members was to be kill if refuse to come, but Moyatsu had to upper hand for his years training with the Mizukage he had never move past the rank of Chuunin. But Moyatsu was well in ANBU levels so using the supiese he killed the two and headed to the Mizukage office. After a few fight and death of many Mist ninja Moyatsu made it to the Mizukage office where he confronted the Mizukage about everything. Mizukage only laughed at it all telling Moyatsu that everything was true that he had indeed use him to kill off the members of the coupd'eta and that now that it was over he no longer had any need for Moyatsu. Moyatsu not wanting to take it anymore attack the mizukage, but because of his perverse fights Moyatsu had lost most of his chakra and was beating easies. As the Mizukage lunch his final blow Moyatsu use the last of his chakra to at the point of the attack turn him into water to be wash away with the rain.

Akatsuki Arc: After his fight with the Mizukage and everything Moyatsu felt lost in this world. He had been trick into killing off so many people and for what, because one man told him too. This was the point Moyatsu made his chose now being a missing ninja and thought of as dead to the village. He too ,like his brother and father, would now join the fight against the Mist Village. As time went on Moyatsu resaze to fight the Mist Village help when he learn of the execution of the rest of his clan, leaving him to one left of his clan. Moyatsu slowly begin to pulled the missing ninjas and some of the local Criminal together to begin his war against the Mist Village. But before the they could even gain up any numbers the Mizukage learn of this and lurch a attack on Moyatsu groups and destroy them all. Learning that Moyatsu was still alive Mizukage sent Hunter after Hunter ninja after him till the point Moyatsu had to leave the Land of Mist. With nothing behind him Moyatsu begin his searching for his sister that left long ago. Long his travels Moyatsu came across a man name Nonai Inigime who had heard about his Special Technique and told him he could help him with his fight against the Mist village and could even help with his search for his sister.

RP Sample: It was a blight and sunny day in the leaf village, many people was out enjoying the day, but Out in the training area clash of swords could be heard. "you geting better Sakon" Keitaro said as he lock blades with Sakon pushing him back "but you still need much work to be at my skill son" he said with a laugh and pushing harder. Sakon smile as he took this chanse and let his body go limp falling backword, doing this thorwing his father off blance and rolling on the ground bring the blade up. Keitaro smile as he use Body Flicker to move to the others side of cleaning with a smile "good uses of your body there son" Keitaro said leaning aginst a tree. "thank you father, but I thougth you said we wasn't useing jutus in this spar" Sakon said making a face as pulled himself off the grounds and enter his stant with his sword faceing his father. Keitaro smile as he made a face thinking "did I now... well let this be a lesson then, Ninja lies sometime" Keitaro said as he reach behind and glab a kunia and throwing at Sakon then useing Body Flicker once more disappearing. Sakon easly block the kunai with his blade as he readly himself for anythings each. Sakon kelp a sharp eye out as he move slowly around the clearing I have to stay clam and forces...where is it going to come from he thought as he heard to the sound from behind "I got you" Sakon yelled as the spin around throwing a kunai in to the tree to hit another kunai in mid-flight. "very good son, but there more" came Keitaro voice from what seem like all around, and just in a flash Keitaro appear behind Sakon "checkmate son" he said as he slash down. Sakon froze at first, but duck just in time to droge the main blow, but cought the tip of the blade slashing down his face over his eye. Sakon fell backword holding his hand to his eye holding back a seacmr "boy can you see" Keitaro said looking down at Sakon. "ye... yes I think so" Sakon said as he open his eye seeing nothing but red at first but then begen to clear up. "If you can see then pick up you sword and stand up" Sakon did as he was told and stood with his hand grilping the sword. "now son tell me owr Ninja way?" Keiraro ask, Sakon look up holding back the pain that he felt "only after fearing death can you become a true ninja". "And why is that" Keiraro ask once more, "One much face death and fear it and only then can you over come the fear of dieing". Keiraro smile as he raise his sword up "Now son do still fear death? and will you run?" he ask, Sakon look down at the ground and watch as the blood drop to the dirt below his face "Yes I fear death..." said as he raise his face up with a grin "And no...
