Everyone, the Bijuus are allowed, but you cannot start off as a Jinchuuriki, they are hidden in the world. And I will randomly Announce where one is at a time, you must chose 4 great Rpers to make a topic. Then who does that best after making 3 pages of posts, I will allow the first Bijuu's area, you must also battle it for it.
